How it works

A clear path from start to finish

Use your order number plus the email address or phone used at checkout. Paid orders open directly in your ticket wallet.

Keep the checkout page open after entering your PIN. Confirmation is automatic. Failed prompts can be retried while the reservation is active.

Increase screen brightness, open the QR ticket before reaching the gate, and never share your QR code publicly.

After M-Pesa confirms payment, checkout redirects to your wallet automatically. You can also recover it from Manage tickets.

Do not pay twice. Keep the M-Pesa receipt and use Manage tickets. Payments received after a reservation expires are held for manual review.

Yes, provided the QR code is complete and readable. Each ticket can be accepted only once.

An organizer may require attendee identification. Check the event details before transferring a ticket.

Inventory is held temporarily during checkout so other buyers cannot purchase the same capacity. Start a new order to reserve again.
